The Residences at the RCMI (Royal Canadian Military Institute) is a project that we haven't reported about very much. It's time we do a quick overview of the 42-storey condo and check in on the the progress it's making. Tribute Communities' site, located at 426 University Avenue, is designed by Zeidler Architects. The project's suites and amenities promise "green," eco-living that passes the standards of Canada Green Building Council's LEED program. Here's an idea of what we can expect upon completion.
