Yesterday we ran a report on the new renderings released for the RBC WaterPark Place office building planned at 85 Harbour Street. Today's Photo Of The Day, taken by UrbanToronto Forum member Jasonzed, shows what the actual site of the future 30 storey office building looks like at this point.

Taken from the CN Tower, the photo shows the massive parking now closed with equipment on site ready to start construction. The WZMH Architects designed project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2014. That's tremendous news for us here at UrbanToronto. Not only does a despised parking lot disappear, but we now have three years to follow the construction of this new addition to our city. A nice way to end the year.
