Work has begun at Theatre Park condos, Toronto's latest high-rise undertaking in the area around King and Simcoe, reknowned for its historic local theatres. Construction equipment has been massing on-site at 224 King Street West, next door to the Princess of Wales Theatre. As the photo taken a few days ago by UrbanToronto member androiduk shows below, shoring materials, a pile driver, small bulldozer and cement truck are now at the location.
