The plans for Jade Waterfront, a Phantom Developments project, were released a few days ago. The finished building will feature a 38-storey tower with an accompanying three-storey podium at its base. Rippling balconies on the northwest and southeast sides of the Quadrangle Architects-designed building give this project a unique appearance meant to evoke the lake's waves. Below is a rendering of what's to be expected upon completion.

Tenants of the building will be able to enjoy a number of amenities such as a gym, pool, roof deck and terrace with outdoor putting greens.

Located at 2175 Lake Shore Boulevard West, the project is set for completion in the fall of 2015.
