We've mentioned before that Linea on Bayview is one of our favourite townhome projects and here we see the project as it moves along to completion.
In the third image, on the right hand side, we can see a small piece of cedar panelling. Will this wood later be stained to better match the panelling shown in the renderings of Linea on Bayview? Forum member symmetrydev, a representative from Symmetry Developments, answered on our forum:
"The cedar on the north facade was too knotty for our liking and is being replaced by a clear cedar. This is currently on site and is being oiled and stained. It is far more representative of the look we want."
symmetrydev also mentioned several upcoming developments about the site.
"A mock-up on the east face will likely be up towards the end of this week. Equally exciting is the zinc cladding which will be going up next week."
