Reserve Properties is not a name we have thrown around for a long time on UrbanToronto, but the compnay has had quick success with their Bellefair Kew Beach Residences - in the Beach - and Motif Lofts and Townhomes on trendy Ossington Avenue. Both of those projects were intimate in scale in the 5 storey range, but now Reserve is going big at Bathurst and St. Clair, firmly planting a tower above the St. Clair escarpment, with views forever across lushly treed neighbourhoods to whimsical Casa Loma and beyond to the gorgeous Toronto Skyline.
Rising to 25 storeys, Graziani + Corazza Architects have given Rise a Mondrian-inspired grid at the intersection, and a six-storey podium running south along Bathurst, to provide the perfect space for a lushly landscaped and decked-out rooftop terrace, which culminates in an infinity pool facing the southern view.
UrbanToronto has put together a dataBase entry featuring these and 11 more views, both inside an out, showing some of the extensive amenities by II By IV Design Associates as well as interior views of suites. The page also features lots more info about the building, and a link to the official website should you wish to visit. It can all be seen following a quick click on the link below, or if you would like to join in the discussion on this project, choose the associated forum links.
