Exhibit Residences on Bloor Street have just released their penthouse collection. To be built by Bazis Inc.Metropia and Plazacorp, Exhibit is situated on Bloor Street between Avenue Road and Bedford, directly across from the Royal Ontario Museum and almost next door to the Park Hyatt Hotel. Exhibit is part of the wildfire development that this stretch of Bloor has experienced in the past 5 years, with the popular One Bedford and MuseumHouse condominiums located to the west.

Designed by architect Rosario Varacalli, Exhibit is composed of four cubes, each slightly skewed, giving the appearance of a vertically stacked structure. The Penthouse collection is located in the uppermost cube, offering panoramic views of the University of Toronto campus and Downtown to the south, and the Yorkville neighborhood to the northeast. Residents will benefit from the protected views to the south, and the surrounding stable and treed neighborhoods to the northwest. Penthouses feature oversized fritted-glazed balconies or terraces, wrap around windows, and access to an assortment of amenities located throughout the building.

Interiors are designed by Diego Burdi of the international design group Burdifilek, who has crafted suites that offer a range of high-end finishes for the most discerning of purchasers. With construction slated to start in 2012 and occupancy beginning in 2014, Exhibit is well underway, and will soon have a strong presence on this stretch of Bloor. Penthouses range from $850,000 to $3.7 million.
