UrbanToronto has preliminary information about Tridel Developments' new condominium complex, Alto at Atria, located at 2205 Sheppard Avenue East, just east of Highway 404. The complex is set to have three phases: Alto I, II and III, as well as a podium right along Sheppard.
The units are currently priced starting at the mid-$200,000s. The first two buildings will rise to 38 storeys and the third will be 26 storeys, with a total of approximately 913 units. Though the first two phases were originally planned to be the same height, the renderings do not seem to depict this description accurately. Does this mean that Tridel has changed their plans?
Regardless of the phases' heights, Alto will be a much-needed addition to the area, which currently consists of mostly office buildings.
