UrbanToronto recently attended a party for the launch of Mizrahi Khalili's 133 Hazelton condominium development. Located at the corner of Hazelton and Davenport, the project brings a level of architectural sophistication to Davenport Avenue, and will define the northern edge of Yorkville.

The buliding is being designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, with interiors by Gluckstein Design Planning. The architecture is a break from the glass buildings rising throughout the city, adopting a more reserved classical aesthetic, which is further reflected in Gluckstein's interiors.

Below are some photos we snapped at the party. A sense of sophistication and classic design defined the event, reflective of the architectural design of the project. 133 Hazelton fits in with the modern lifestyle being sold in many of Yorkville's new developments, attracting those wishing to downsize without giving up luxury or high-design.
