Cadillac Fairview and the Fram Building Group are launching the next condominium at the Shops at Don Mills: Flaire. Flaire will be two 11-storey buildings with sweeping wrap-around balconies designed by Giannone Petricone. This is our first detailed look, and it's a real tease. We can't wait to see high-def renderings of the whole complex!
