Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto is slowly coming to completion. As such we can pretty much determine the impact it is going to have on the Bay Street canyon. As we can see, in this photo by UrbanToronto forum member Bruvyman, the impact is quite substantial.

The 57 storey hotel and condominium is adding significant density and colour to Canada's financial district. And we're happy on both counts. Developed by Talon International, the soon to be second tallest building in Canada was designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects. Much more here.
