The Southcore Financial Centre is one of the most high-profile projects in the city currently. The three-tower complex on Bremner Boulevard between York and Lower Simcoe streets is sited prominently between the Gardiner Expressway and the existing Downtown core. With lots of other activity on surrounding sites like the skyscaping Ïce condominiums at York Centre, the cloning of Infinity, and a slew of plans now emerging along Harbour Street to the south, there is a lot of discussion in UrbanToronto's Projects and Construction forum right now about what the whole area will look like in the future.
Renderings are always helpful in fleshing out the discussion, so it is time to do what we can to help: the 144th addition to the UrbanToronto dataBase is, therefore, the Southcore Financial Centre, and we have more images for you in this entry - 41 - than in any that we have put up to date. The images are based on only 9 originals, but those images are at such high resolution that we have windowed in on 32 detailed views, enough to give you a very comprehensive picture of what is going in here. Here's a taste:
While these four images allow you to lick your lips, get the full meal suited for some serious mastication in our dataBase listing, linked below. Or, join in the discussion of these projects in the threads linked below: the Projects and Construction link will take you to the phase 2 Bremner Tower and Delta Toronto thread, while the Real Estate link will take you to the thread for the phase 1 PwC Tower which is currently closing in on completion.
