We've recently been covering Daniels' latest boutique condominium venture, NY Place, located steps away from their NY Towers development at Bayview and Sheppard. Interestingly, NY Place will offer an innovative Rent2Own program, where prospective buyers without deep pockets can have the opportunity to finally experience the rush of condo ownership.

The Rent2Own program, offered in Toronto exclusively by Daniels, submits a portion of your first year's monthly rent towards the 5% down payment on specific units at the property. With only 8 storeys of units priced from the mid-$200,000's (or rents from $1,489 per month), buyers and renters will likely snatch up the units quickly: interested parties should register right away. NY Place, designed by Michael Spaziani, will also offer an array of convenient amenities: a party room, fitness centre, and even the chic "NY Cafe". For those with green thumbs, NY Place will also offer a unique "Urban Garden Terrace", featuring garden plots and fruit trees where residents can plant their own herbs, flowers, and spices. Over the winter, resident gardiners will be able to take advantage of a Garden Nursery which can be used to grow seedlings or pot plants year-round. The Garden Terrace will also function well as a great social space for summer barbeques!

Located just steps away from Bayview Village Shopping Centre and the TTC, NY Place is shaping up to be a convenient and affordable addition to this community. Completion of the development is slated for Spring 2012.
