Early in the morning this past Saturday August 6, 2011, installation of the south end of the new Puente de Luz Bridge connecting CityPlace to Front Street took place. And now courtesy of Concord Adex, the developer of CityPlace, we have access to this cool time-lapse video of the event.

The new bridge, designed by Chilean Francisco Gazitua, is being built for the city by Concord Adex. Concord continues to build out at CityPlace with Parade condos under-construction at the southern end of the bridge.
