Work has begun on the new One Valhalla Towns & Condos. As we can see in this photo by UrbanToronto forum member drum118 the site has been cleared and the work has begun.

The site of the former Valhalla Inn is going to be replaced by 35, 30 and 22 storey condo towers and 68 three storey townhomes. Here's a look at the plans.

Developed by Edilcan Development, the project was designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, with interiors by Munge Leung and landscaping by Schollen & Company. A mighty fine addition to the area northeast of Bloor and Highway 427.
