Lamb Development Corp. has released a couple of new renderings for the upcoming Brant Park condos. Located at 438 Adelaide St. (northeast corner of Adelaide and Brant), the 11 storey condo will feature 200 units. Here we see the daytime rendering.

Depending on the materials used this architectsAlliance designed building is sure to become one of our favourite new projects. Would love to see a taller version of this design used in area zoned for tall buildings.
