It has been a while since we last looked closely at Cityzen and Fernbrook Homes' landmark Absolute World complex in Mississauga, as not too much has been going on with the exteriors as of late: balcony glazing is finished on the 56-storey Tower 4 now, and still not started on Tower 5. We also wait for both the work on the final cladding of the current "bottle caps" of the two towers to appear, and for the framing of the balconies to be added to the podium.

In the meantime however, UrbanToronto member Jasonzed has supplied us with photographic updates to the lower reaches of Tower 4, both inside and out. On July 5th JZ photographed the curving exterior promenade running between the tower and the podium, and two days before that we was inside for a look. Here's a peek at the promenade, as well as what you see when you look up:

Below we see the concierge's desk taking shape, and below that the area leading to the elevators. Drywall and plastering is done on this level, but all of the decorative finishes remain to be applied while the first residents move in.

Jasonzed also included shots by his friend Bashir which show panoramas in most directions taken on one of the highest floors in the building.
