Word has reached us that 460 Yonge Street has been purchased by Canderel Stoneridge for $22 million. Here we see the property in question which is located at the southwest corner of Yonge and Grenville.

A spokesman for the developer of the currently rising Aura at College Park said its too early to talk about plans at this point. Perhaps, but that hasn't stopped the rampant speculation from exploding within the UrbanToronto forums. We figure a 60 storey condo with retail at street level. Design will be by Canderel faves Graziani + Corazza Architects.
