What is now a gargantuan hole beside the open-air section of the Yonge Subway line between Bloor and Rosedale stations will soon be a shining new beacon for the quickly-redeveloping "Rosedale-meets-Yorkville" neighbourhood.

Perched upon the edge of the Rosedale Valley, The Milan Condominium will utilize a space that was once part of a Canadian Tire parking lot. Developed by The Conservatory Group and designed by E.I. Richmond Architects, the structure will boast 37 storeys of sophisticated residences with panoramic views, as well as all the amenities one could ask for.
