Plans are afoot to take 88 Scott Street, currently a 7 storey office building, and convert it into a 58 storey condo. In today's Photo Of The Day, taken for Urban Toronto forum member androiduk, we see what the Wellington side of 88 Scott currently looks like.

According to the info we have the facade of the base will for the most part be retained with the tower rising behind it. Here are the most recent elevations submitted to the city. The south elevation is the one we see in today's photo. 

Proposed by Vancouver based Concert Properties, the Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects designed condo will rise 639 feet. A total of 513 units are planned.
