An early rendering for the new Brant Park Condos has been released and we've got our hands on it. Located at 438 Adelaide St West (northeast corner of Adelaide and Brant), early information states that it will have 200 units spread over 11 storeys.

We really like modern and boxy like this. Will make for a fine addition to the fast growing neighbourhood.

The condo is being developed by Brad J. Lamb's Lamb Development Corp., with design by architectsAlliance. Stay tuned for more information as we get it.
