The eastern waterfront continues to improve tremendously with the rise of the new George Brown College's Health Sciences Complex. Today's update, taken by Urban Toronto forum member Jasonzed from the recently opened Sherbourne Common, shows the school slowly rising from the ground.

The building, designed by KPMB Architects and Stantec, will rise to 7 and 8 storeys. The campus will eventually serve 3,500 full-time and 500 part-time students in the fields of dentistry, health and wellness, health services management, and nursing.
