The Address at High Park is a 12 storey condominium by Chestnut Hill Homes currently under construction on Bloor Street at Indian Road, just east of Keele Subway station. The hillside site descends to the west and to the north, which provided some challenges for Quadrangle Architects in its design. We will take a look at the plans for the buildings, but first let's get a look at the construction site.

Excavation of the site has been progressing over the winter and spring. UrbanToronto member urbandreamer captured the following two shots. The first was taken with a telephoto lens from the neighbourhood north of High Park on February 18th. The subway can be seen running in the foreground.

On May 3rd, urbandreamer took this shot from the corner of Bloor and Indian into the wet pit.

A week later, the pit was all dried up.

That's where things are currently, and here is where they are heading.

A detail of the corner at Bloor and Indian. Is that a gelateria in there?
