Carmelina Condos are coming to the south side of Danforth just west of Woodbine. Located at 2055-2057 Danforth, this 12 storey condo contains 140 units. Developer for the project is Tre Memovia. Tact Design's Prishram Jain, recently in the news for King + Condos, is the architect with Tact's Michael Krus doing the interior and residential designs. Sales and marketing is being handled by Milborne Real Estate.

We're all in favour of increasing heights and densities along major roads like the Danforth, so we look at projects like this in a very favourable light. A good addition to the city and let's hope more such projects pop up.
