West Harbour City is a three phase condo project located on the north side of Fleet Street on land that not too long ago was a Molson beer factory. In today's Photo Of The Day, taken by Urban Toronto forum member Solaris, we see the the completed 36 storey West Harbour City 1.

Within the Urban Toronto forum this building gets mixed reviews. Well, we at Urban Toronto actually like this building quite a lot. Good to see something different in a sea of green glass that's sprouting like weeds along the waterfront. Developed by Pure Plaza (formerly Plazacorp), the building was designed by Quadrangle Architects.

Phase 2 will feature a 28 storey tower which is currently under construction. The third and final phase is to be called "The York Harbour Club". Click here to register for it.
