Today's Quick Pic is a photo of a photo found on the construction hoarding at Residences at the RCMI. 

The 42-storey condo is set to rise at 426 University Avenue. This is the site of the former The Royal Canadian Military Institute building, which will be getting space in the new building. What we like about the photo is that it shows clearly just what a tight fit we're getting here. Developed by Tribute Communities, the design is by Zeidler Partnership Architects.

Obviously the rendering leaves out the office building that will block the view to the south.
