Precast brick cladding has been going up on the The Florian condo for a while now and it looks super-good. Now we see that framing is going up for the glass cladding. From what we can tell it looks like curtainwall will be used. If that's true this will be one great looking building.

Developed by Diamante Development, the 25-storey condo was designed by Hariri Pontarini and Young + Wright / IBI Group Architects.

On a lighter note, these workers actually whistled at us today after we left The Yorkville condo launch. Or at least we think it was at us.
