Excavation continues at the site of the new Art Condos. Located at 44 Dovercourt and Sudbury Street, this 11 storey condo is adding some great design to this up-and-coming neighbourhood.

Developed by Triangle West Development, the project was designed by Oleson Worland Architects in partnership with Hariri Pontarini Architects.

Here's what one should expect once completed. Looks great!
