The podium at Market Wharf condos is rapidly nearing completion. The 8 storey building will feature retail (Shoppers Drug Mart) on the ground level with condos above. We love the red brick on this one as well as the quirky top two floors that jut out from the rest of the building.

The crane in the background is for the 32 storey second phase of the project. Developed by Context Development, the design is by architectsAlliance.
