Its been a while since we last reported on the re-cladding of the 72 storey First Canadian Place. This photo by forum member steveve shows that about 12 floors have already been completed. The 35 year-old tower, tallest in the country, is owned by Brookfield Properties. It is being rejuvenated by Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects in a project valued at over $100 million.

The stone cladding, which had a tendency to come off, is being replace by glass. A run down facade will soon look like this.
