Today's Photo Of The Day by Urban Toronto forum member Mike in TO highlights the progress at Ïce Condos. The three tower project features 67 and 57 storey condos plus a 31 storey office tower that will be built in the future when demand for office space makes it financially viable. Here we see the first crane is up with footing for the second visible in the lower left of the picture. The crane in the middle of the picture is for Conservatory Group's Infinity 3 Condos.

Located at 16 York Street, the project was developed by Lanterra Developments and Cadillac Fairview, with design by architectsAlliance. Here's what the final product is meant to look like. Should look fabulous! 

 The flat white space in the last picture is where the future office tower will be located.
