Cube Lofts, developed by Neilas, and designed by Roland Rom Colthoff and Richard Witt, now principals at Raw Design, while they were with Quadrangle Architects, brings quirky modern to Little Italy. The 6-storey building includes 21 residential units, a rooftop deck with views over the neighbourhood and parkland, and street-front retail.
