Concord Adex is adding another project at its huge CityPlace site that has been extending Toronto's downtown skyline to the west for a decade now. Quartz will be the next building to be marketed, this time to the west of Canoe Landing Park at the corner of Housey Street and Dan Leckie Way. Our first peek at the 42-storey tower:
