Brandy Lane Homes' new project steps from Wilson subway station is appropriately called The Station Condos on the Subway. The 15-storey modernist building, designed by SMV Architects features a number of amenities which will be unique to Toronto condominiums, including an infinity-edge oasis pool which we featured in a previous write-up.

We have another one-of-a-kind amenity to tell you about; an indoor-outdoor party room named "Urbana". An Urbana features a seating area, microwave and television, and is connected to a heated and protected outdoor space with a barbecue and dining table. At Station Condos, there will be three of these, and residents will be able to book one, two, or all three of them depending on the bash they are throwing.

The building's exterior brings a refined modern elegance beyond what is normally found in the Downsview area of the city. Upper floors are accented with panes of coloured glass, while artwork commissioned especially for this building will be installed at the entry courtyard and at the main intersection of Wilson and Tipett. The base of the podium features 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
