Intensification continues at Yonge and Eglinton with Madison Homes' new The Madison on Eglinton Condos. Located at 97 Eglinton Ave East (south east corner of Eglinton and Dunfield, this project will consist of two towers, one 29 storeys and one 26 storeys. While we are not happy about the York Theatre the good news is that a large parking lot will disappear and new retails opportunities will come with the complex. Bring it on!
