The Florian Condo, located at Bay and Davenport, is coming close to topping off. Yet there's still no cladding to be seen. Quite strange for a tower this high to not already have a significant amount of cladding. We suspect this should change soon.

Developed by Diamante Developement, this 21 storey tower was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and Young + Wright / IBI Group Architects. Here's what it should like when completed.
