Tridel's new Bloor and Sherbourne area condo James Cooper Mansion is soon to be completed. The 32-storey tower, designed by Burka Architects, incorporates the original 1882 Second-Empire style James Cooper House from the site, preserved by heritage specialists Goldsmith Borgal Architects, which will now to function as the building's amenities' centre. 

A new 2 level penthouse suite design has recently been added to the website. The suite is about 2515 ft. sq., faces south west and has an extensive terrace on the upper level.

The view from the unit's windows, will not look like the above, but facing south, will be this:

From the second level terrace, the east views towards the Don Valley and beyond will be this...

while this will be the west view towards the uptown core.
