Renderings have surfaced for the new Tableau Condominiums. Set to rise 36 stories at 117 Peter Street (southeast corner of Richmond Street West) the project was designed by Wallman Architects. The condo is the product of Urban Capital, Malibu Investments and Alit Developments. If the renderings are an accurate representation of what's to come then we think we have a winner. Wallman Architects are certainly on a roll this week.
