Public art component currently being installed on the north side of the Concord Adex developed Montage Condo. The 47 storey KPMB Architects designed tower is a part of the CityPlace development that has turned the former rail lands into a large residential community. It looks to be a fairly serious piece of art. According to forum member Mo-tage:
They've put in temporary supports on all three levels of the parking garage for the cranes. Hate to have one come through the roof on top of my new car!
How heavy are these cranes going to be anyways?
