Concord Adex, famous for developing the massive Concord CityPlace development downtown, has a second major project underway in the city. This one is called Concord Park Place and it is being developed next to IKEA at Sheppard and Leslie in North York. The first phase of the project, Discovery 1 & 2, is well underway. Discovery will consist of two 28 storeys condos along with 16 and 12 storey condos. The design is by Quadrangle Architects.
