Bohemian Embassy Flats + Lofts condos starts to reshape Queen West. The controversial 19 + 9 storey building is being developed by The Pemberton Group. Design is by Page + Steele. They say a neighbourhood is about to gentrify when a Starbucks shows up. In this case it was the Drake Hotel.
