Monarch's latest Humber Bay Shores project to go under construction, Nautilus Condos at Waterview have grown significantly over the summer. The Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed tower's 10th floor slab is being poured, and one can make out the concrete walls of the swimming pool in the complex's podium now.

When finished, the complex will sport this nautilus-shell inspired curved articulation on its facade:
