Work on Minto Group's new St Thomas condo sales centre is coming close to completion. The sales centre, located at the north west corner of Charles and St Thomas, is where this 21 storey condo with 10 storey extension will rise. The building is designed by Hariri Pontarini, who also designed the McKinsey and Company Building directly to the west, which is one of our personal favourites. You can see it to the left of the sales centre.
