The Daniels Corporation has begun construction of The Cinema Tower Condos. Located at 21-31 Widmer Street in the Entertainment District, this Kirkor Architects designed condo is set to rise 43 storeys. What's interesting here is sales have not started, yet construction has already begun. The usual rule when it comes to condos is 70% of sales need to be completed before construction financing is approved. Obviously Daniels has deep pockets or lenders that have confidence that selling here will not be an issue. Starting now is a positive for future buyers.
