UrbanToronto member Chiggs recently shot a few pictures of Phase 1 and 2 townhomes at West Harbour City. The Plazacorp development sits north of Fleet Street and west of Bathurst in Toronto's new Fort York residential district. While many photos of the complex's towers have appeared in UT's Projects & Construction thread for West HarbourCity, until now we have had no look at this component of the Quadrangle Architects-designed project.

The townhomes run along the north side of Phases 1 and 2 and are shielded from the traffic of Lake Shore Boulevard by the towers and podiums of the project. Phase 3 and other developers' projects to come in the next years will buffer these homes from the elevated portions of the Gardiner Expressway.
