Mississauga's high-rise core has been developing rapidly around Square One with such recent construction projects as Cityzen and Fernbrook's Absolute World, Daniels' Chicago, Tridel's Ultra Ovation, Davies Smith's Onyx, Conservatory's Widesuites, and Amacon's Elle. Now Pinnacle International is selling the first 28-storey phase of Pinnacle Grand Park, a condo complex which will eventually feature a second phase 38-storey tower as well.

The Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects design is reminiscent of the firm's design for Pinnacle's flagship complex at Bay and Harbour Streets in downtown Toronto.
