While condominium purchasers of new buildings often wait 3 to 4 years to move in, purchasers at the first 22-storey phase of Limelight won't wait so long. Construction here has started before sales: registrations can be made now however, so if Square One appeals to you, you will want to visit Limelight's website. The Kirkor-designed building will eventually feature a 32-storey tower as well, while a 6-storey podium will connect the two. The glass towers will be topped with a beacon of namesake lime-coloured light. Limelight’s amenities will include the a party room leading to an expansive outdoor terrace, a home theatre, a media lounge, and a fitness centre that connects directly to a multi-purpose gym, featuring a full court gym spanning 27 feet in height.
