The new Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condo as seen from the new Maple Leaf Square Condos. The 53 storey Ritz-Carlton hotel is slated to open in September. It was developed by Graywood Developments and Cadillac Fairview and was designed by KPF along with Page + Steele. This neighbourhood has certainly seen a massive change in recent years.
