Queen & Portland Lofts & Condos by Tribute/RioCan starts to rise. Designed by Turner Fleischer, this 9 storey building will contain retail on the first two floors with condos above. A great new in-fill project that removes a nasty parking lot from the area. A shame that the Queen West fire (Duke's Cycle etc.) from a few years back means the street-scape will not be completely healed by this project.
