Tridel has been building residential towers and townhomes by the 401 and Yonge Street for over a decade. Now the first buildings of Tridel's latest North York Centre project, Avonshire, have taken shape and are making their presence felt on the North York Centre skyline.

Closest to completion currently is building E, a rental tower at 105 Harrison Garden Blvd. Following it are buildings A and B, condominiums at 100 Harrison Garden Blvd.
